We Serve Selected Municipalities in the Greater Toronto Area! Please note we do not deliver to commercial addresses. Hotels are An Exception.

We respond to emails and text messages daily. During hours of operation expect a response time of 5-20 minutes during our hours of operation but do expect that time to increase to as long as 30 mins during sale periods, holidays, etc.

After hours of operation, expect a response time of 6-12hours.

Your ID will not be stored in our servers. Your ID is sent to our Gmail account that is encrypted by Virtru, once your ID is verified we delete it permanently off our servers.

Unfortunately at this time you are unable to pick up your order as we are a online weed delivery dispensary. We will be able to deliver to the address given at checkout!
If you want to change or edit your order please be sure to email us immediately. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Please be aware that once your payment has been accepted or your order is en route we cannot cancel or edit your order.

Not a problem! We offer Canada Post XPRESS shipping on all out of town orders if you were interested in any of our products. Free Delivery starts at all orders over $199! 

Our drivers will always call and text upon delivery. If you aren’t responding, then our driver will only wait up to 10 minutes before attempting to redeliver the package at a later time.

However, a $5-$10 delivery fee (depending on location) will be applied as a redelivery fee for fuel costs.

We always recommend keeping your phone beside you at all times and ringer on loud after placing an order!

Delivery

All orders under $50 will have to pay a $15 delivery fee, all orders over $50 will get free delivery
Orders are delivered between 10:30 am and 8:30 pm.

Cut off for same-day delivery is 8:30 pm.

For the safety of our drivers live tracking will not be available! You will receive a text when we are on the way, approaching and arriving. Please allow a few minutes for our driver to get to your door.

No, we will not process your order until the proper ID verification has been sent over. After checking once online we won’t have to check again. 

The delivery estimate is 1 hour – 2 hours. Sometimes possibly even quicker. However, these times are not guaranteed during holidays, rush hour but rest assured we will get to you ASAP.

All orders are delivered by our highly trained and friendly drivers. Each order is carefully picked, then delivered to you by one of our drivers. Our team will do their best to follow any order/delivery instructions you provide. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have a special request or need more information about our delivery process.

For Local Delivery: E-transfers or Cash

If you decide to pay cash, please have your ID ready at the door and have the exact change ready at the door, pelase note our drivers don’t carry cash or change with them.

If payment hasn’t been received within 2 minutes, most likely our emails get sent to the spam folder, if they are please make sure to check the spam folder and take us off.

No, all sales are final. For exemptions please contact our customer support. Any exceptions offered will be in the form of store credit only.

Yes! All our flower images are taken in-house with the products we have for sale. We use a DSLR with proper lighting to take these photos. We also use vendor-supplied images.

Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat and humidity, there is a risk that the shatter you ordered will turn to budder by the time you receive it.

Unfortunately, shatter turning to budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter unsafe in any way. A quick fix is to place it in the freezer for 15mins. The shatter will be hard enough to snap and dap with. Store it in the freezer.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax.

All defective vapes or cartridges must be reported to our customer service team for review within 3 days of purchase to be eligible for resolution.

Our customer service team will do our best to try and troubleshoot any issues  if we deem the product is in working condition it will be exchanged.

We require photos of all the available liquid in the vape to determine the appropriate resolution.
